DR. YANG CHENG

Yang joined Delos in 2022 and has over ten years of experience in biomedical sciences. Her research focused on genetics, epigenetics, gene editing, aging and inflammatory diseases. Prior to Delos, Yang was a drug discovery researcher in the department of Immunology and Respiratory Diseases at Boehringer Ingelheim, where she worked on target identification and early drug development in autoimmune diseases and has won the Boehringer Ingelheim Global Young Investigator Award. Her research was published in journals such as Cell and Aging Cell.

Yang holds a Ph.D. degree in Genetics from the University of Rochester and a B.S. degree in Biology from Xiamen University.
