Lee joined Delos Capital as a Managing Director in 2024. He is committed to helping advance meaningful new medicines for patients.
Before joining Delos, Lee was a life sciences investor with Leaps by Bayer. Prior to Leaps, Lee founded a rare disease-focused genomic diagnostic company as an entrepreneur-in-residence at RA Capital and worked on licensing, financing, and operational transactions at Moderna Therapeutics. He began his career as a life sciences strategy consultant.
Lee is a Lecturer on bio-innovation at Tufts University and at Dartmouth College, writing regularly on topics related to human-centered innovation. Lee has a BA in Religion from Dartmouth College and an MBA and JD from Columbia University.
