Chi-Chuan “Frank” Chen is a partner at Delos. He is Vice President and Special Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer at Ruentex Group. Frank has served in the Investment Management Department at Ruentex Group since 1987.
Frank holds a B.S. in chemical engineering and an MBA from National Taiwan University.
